Superfood Maple Water Popsicles

Bliss (Cacao) OR Focus (Matcha) Maple Pops

*each recipe makes about 10 popsicles and can be scaled up/down


For matcha pops:

2 tbsp JOYÀ Focus elixir blend (or less for a lighter matcha flavor)


For cacao pops:

3 tbsp JOYÀ Bliss elixir blend


For both pops:

2⅓ cups coconut milk (use full fat for creamier popsicles), or other milk of choice

1 cup Drink Simple Maple Water (original)

Optional: maple syrup, to taste

Optional: ½ cup small pieces of banana (for cacao pops) or kiwi (for matcha pops)


  1. In a small bowl, dissolve Focus or Bliss elixir blend in a small amount of hot water.
  2. Transfer to a large bowl or jug, add milk and maple water and whisk to combine. 
  3. Taste for desired sweetness and if needed, add maple syrup to taste.
  4. If using the fruit, drop about 1 tbsp of fruit pieces into each mold. Pour mixture into popsicle molds. 
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen solid. Run outside of mold under a bit of hot water to loosen and remove popsicles.

Glow (Turmeric), Orange & Mango Maple Pops

3 tbsp JOYÀ Glow elixir blend (or less for a lighter turmeric flavor)

2⅓ cups coconut milk (use full fat for creamier popsicles), or other milk of choice

1 cup Drink Simple Orange-Mango Sparkling Maple Water

Optional: maple syrup, to taste

Optional: ½ cup small pieces of mango


  1. In a small bowl, dissolve Glow elixir blend in a small amount of hot water.
  2. Transfer to a large bowl or jug, add milk and maple water and whisk to combine. 
  3. Taste for desired sweetness and if needed, add maple syrup to taste.
  4. If using the fruit, drop about 1 tbsp of fruit pieces into each mold. Pour mixture into popsicle molds. 
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen solid. Run outside of mold under a bit of hot water to loosen and remove popsicles.
